These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of thinkzone.com and all apps and services published by The ThinkZone, including Knowably, Accountably, Predictably, Cartably, and any future ThinkZone app (collectively, the "Services"). By using the Services you agree to these Terms.
Using the Services
- You must be at least 13 years old to use the Services.
- You are responsible for your account and for activity that happens under it.
- Don't misuse the Services: no unlawful activity, no attempts to break, overload, or reverse engineer them, and no harassment of other users.
Your content
You keep ownership of the content you create in the Services. You grant us a limited license to store, display, and process that content solely to operate the Services. If you publish content publicly within an app, other users may see and use it as the app allows.
Beta and preview features
Some apps are in development or offered as previews. They may change, break, or be discontinued without notice, and they are provided without any guarantee of availability or data preservation.
Location-based features
Location features are provided for convenience only. Always use your own judgment about your surroundings and safety, and follow local laws — including when meeting people, visiting places, or picking fruit found through our apps.

The Services may link to third-party sites and apps. We aren't responsible for their content, terms, or privacy practices.

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, The ThinkZone will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or goodwill arising from your use of the Services.
Termination
You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated or if needed to protect the Services or other users.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA, without regard to its conflict of laws rules.
